- VARIATION ON A CLASSIC GAME: Matrx Gipf makes some minor tweaks that have large gameplay changes. Just adding 3 spots creates different openings and creates more space for the use of potentials.
- UNIQUE PLAYSTYLES: With the slight changes to the game, the board is now wide open for new unique openings and styles of play. No game will be the same as the past iterations of Gipf.
- PLAY THROUGH THE MISTAKES: One of the tough things to learn is choosing which potential you will bring into the game, in particular during your first game. Oftentimes you will think you picked the wrong potential. So be it.
- STILL PLAY THE CLASSIC GAME: While Matrx Gipf adds new ways to play, it is also perfectly possible to play MATRX on a regular GIPF board. It will feel significantly different, though.
- HEAD-TO-HEAD: Plan your strategy against your opponent. Matrx Gipf is built for 2 players and lasting 30-60 minutes.
